We have some special tips for you for the summer months. Have you ever thought about combining your bike ride with a yoga session?
Whether before, after, or during a bike ride, simply find peace in the midst of nature, clear your mind, and recharge your energy.
You can try this out starting in June at various locations along the RuhrtalRadweg.
On this page, you’ll find information about the scheduled dates organized by venue. The offerings are continuously being added to and updated. Take a look to see if a date fits into your tour plans.
As a general rule: All sessions take place outdoors in the open air —if the weather forecast is poor, cancellations or postponements may occur on short notice.
Whether mats will be provided or if you’ll need to bring your own depends on the specific session. Please check the details in the description for each event.
Please always bring your owndrinks. After all, a water bottle is part of the basic gear for any bike tour.
In addition, there are usually no changing facilities available—but clothing suitable for cycling is generally also suitable for yoga, Pilates, and similar activities. So please arrive already dressed in appropriate attire.
Participation is always free —however, registration is required; you’ll find the relevant contact information in the description as well.
We look forward to seeing you and to an active summer on the RuhrtalRadweg!
