Experience something new every day! For example, with Nordic walking, a healthy full-body workout. In the Winterberg vacation region, everyone will quickly find their favorite route. The Nordic walking trail network meets the quality standards of the German Ski Association. And the conditions are ideal for hiking, too: The Rothaarsteig and the Winterberg High Trail lead along excellent paths up to elevations of 841 meters.

More than 250 snow cannons ensure that 90 days of snow on our red, blue, and black runs are not uncommon. With 83 ski and toboggan runs and a cross-country ski trail network spanning around 170 km, Winterberg is the heart of the Sauerland Winter Sports Arena.
