The Bergisch Panorama Radweg is a long-distance bike trail from Hattingen to Olpe. It connects the Ruhrgebiet, the Bergisches Land, and the Sauerland, and runs largely along former railroad rights-of-way. Tunnels, viaducts, and bridges define the character of the route and offer views of the surrounding countryside as well as the cityscape of Wuppertal. The route winds through a low-mountain landscape rich in forests and water, with references to industrial heritage. Notable landmarks include the Müngsten Bridge Park beneath the Müngsten Bridge, the suspension ferry across the Wupper River, and Schloss Burg. Part of the Wasserquintett route passes by dams and through Hückeswagen, Wipperfürth, and Marienheide all the way to the Sauerland region. An orange trail marker indicates the route.
