Fresekenhof

The Fresekenhof in Neheim, a Burgmannenhaus dating back to the 14th century, which was rebuilt in the 17th century, represents an important monument of regional history. Its original function as part of the town fortifications illustrates Neheim's historical defensive character. The building houses a stylish wedding room. There is also a permanent exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Franz Stock, which highlights his formative influence on Franco-German understanding. The key stages of his peacemaking commitment and examples of his artistic work are presented on 34 panels and in ten display cases.
