Between Südring and Konrad-Adenauer-Platz, something has grown here over 30 years that enjoys cult status even beyond the borders of the Ruhrgebiet.

Every year, four million visitors from all over the world flock to Bochum's lively city center and enjoy the diversity of the Bermuda3Eck, with a gastronomic landscape comprising almost 90 eateries. Whether it's a snack, fine dining, shopping, entertainment or culture - there's everything here, to suit every taste and in one place.

The Bermuda3Eck is also home to the "real" cult sausage from Dönninghaus. In the Bratwursthaus, visitors can enjoy an unforgettable original version of Herbert Grönemeyer's iconic currywurst.

The open-air season at Bermuda 3Eck opens with "Stühle raus!". This transforms the pub mile into a street party. Bochum Total is also a special highlight. The music festival is the largest inner-city open-air festival in Europe. Every year, hundreds of thousands of visitors make the pilgrimage to Bochum's city center. The program always impresses with its trend-setting line-up: stars such as Reamonn, Seeed and Silbermond played at the open-air festival, which was established back in 1986, even before their big breakthrough.
