AquaOlsberg - The Sauerland thermal spa
AquaOlsberg offers extensive opportunities for water sports and relaxation. Swimmers can swim their laps in the 25-meter sports pool. For younger visitors, there is a water play garden with a waterfall, artificial rocks and play equipment. The winter garden is for quiet recreation.
The brine area of the Sauerlandtherme, which includes indoor and outdoor pools with high-quality Leinethal natural brine, a steam bath and a Kneipp box, is currently being rebuilt due to a major fire. It is expected to reopen to visitors from April 2026. The sauna area will remain closed until further notice.
A catering area will provide a selected range of food and drinks. This offer is available to both pool visitors and external guests in the entrance area or on the sun terrace.

AquaOlsberg offers a 25-meter sports pool (28°C) and a water play garden (32°C). The winter garden offers relaxation. The saltwater area (32°C) and sauna are closed after the fire. The saltwater area is expected to be open again from April 2026. Limited gastronomy.

Arrival by car From the north: A33 to Wünnenberg-Haaren junction, then via the B480 to Brilon and Olsberg From the south: A44 to Marsberg exit, then via the B7 to Brilon and Olsberg From the west: A44 to Werl junction, then A46 to Olsberg and continue on the B7 to Brilon From the east: A44 to Marsberg exit, then via the B7 to Brilon and Olsberg Arrival by train Brilon and Olsberg are on the Sauerland Express route (RE 17 Hagen-Warburg/Kassel) and are therefore easy to reach from the Ruhrgebiet. The Dortmund-Sauerland-Express (RE 57 Dortmund-Winterberg) also offers a regular direct connection to Bigge-Olsberg. There is also a direct connection from Dortmund and Korbach to Brilon. You couldn't travel more comfortably!
