The H1 is the new culinary venue in the Sauerland. Thanks to the successful interplay of delicious regional cuisine, patisserie, event location and top views of the Hennesee, every visit is a wonderful experience. Our food is authentic and delicious. Every event gets that extra point of class due to the great location and the incomparable atmosphere on the lake.

To live up to our guiding principle, we mainly use regional, fresh and fair products in the kitchen. With great respect for the food, we serve you a varied selection. From local stews and classics such as burgers and steaks to sophisticated desserts and cakes from our in-house patisserie. Of course, we also offer a wide selection of drinks.
